Each year at the Louisiana SHRM Diversity & Inclusion Summit, Louisiana SHRM recognizes a worthy business or organization that is doing exemplary or innovative work to promote and advance the principles of diversity & inclusion within their organization and community.

We are now accepting nominations for the 2025 Louisiana SHRM Excellence in Diversity Award.

Louisiana SHRM believes that businesses benefit from having a diverse workforce and wants to recognize businesses and organizations who operate in Louisiana and create an inclusive workplace that embraces differences in race, ethnicity, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic background, religion, disability and veteran status.

No matter the size of your company, if you believe that your organization has done something noteworthy to champion diversity & inclusion, we want to hear from you! 2025 Louisiana SHRM legacy in Diversity Award

Now accepting nominations for the Louisiana SHRM legacy in Diversity Award.
Deadline for Nominations has been extended to Saturday, June 28, 2025 by 5 PM.

Qualifications: MUST BE previous Louisiana SHRM Excellence in Diversity WINNER! Louisiana SHRM seeks to recognizes a worthy business or organization that has been doing exemplary or innovative work to promote and advance the principles of diversity & inclusion within their organization and community within the past 10 years. If your organization has won this award please submit an UPDATE on your Diversity and Inclusion progress since you won the award previously. This will be our first 10-Year Legacy Award!

We are now accepting nominations for the 1st Louisiana SHRM Legacy in Diversity Award.

Nominations will be reviewed by the LASHRM Chapter Leaders and the award winner will be announced at the Diversity & Inclusion Summit to be held in New Orleans at the Renaissance Arts Hotel on Friday, August 1, 2025.
